Living and working in Austria, Europe, Barbara Rapp always has been inspired by trivial natural parts of the landscape (exhibitions since 1994). Early naive realistic drawings and paintings later gradually exchanged into abstract compositions of life cycles. But the most impressive effect of the concrete execution let her find back to figurative drawings and paintings. Now among acting out her flush of colors and forms in conceptional decorative creations, she loves to visualize her notional pictures through unusual alienated figures, bodies, humans. Sculptures and modern lyrics (German) extend her range of expression.
