Kristine Buchanan

Biography: Kristine Buchanan holds an MFA from the University of Chicago. She has exhibited in Turkey, the United Arab Emirates, North Dakota, Michigan, Missouri, Illinois, Kentucky, Tennessee, Nebraska, New York, and other states in the U.S. Her work was featured on "About the Arts", a public website from Boston. Kristine currently is Assistant Professor in the Department of Visual and Theatre Arts at the University of Tennessee at Martin. Kristine's digital work currently concentrates on the solar system. She combines elements of Art History, Science, Mythology, and Childood to portray the planets and other elements of the Solar System.
