He also holds a Master's degree in Art from The College of New Rochelle, in the city where he currently lives with his family. In addition to being a painter and sculptor, David enjoys a busy career as a violinist and teacher in the New Rochelle school system, and he performs with many New York City freelance orchestras and with Broadway shows. He also has appeared a number of times on radio and on TV discussing his art. A 2003 magazine review of his first one-man show in New York City describes his painting: "He rides the rhythms in his canvases and reigns them in, much as a composer ... to see complete biography, click on artists name Country: USA Birthyear: 1955 Galleries: Gallery @ 49, NYC; Pleiades Gallery, NYC; Broome Street Gallery, NYC; Steve Bush Gallery, NYC; Salon West II, NYC; Outer Space Gallery, NYC; Marx Gallery, White Plains, NY; Castle Gallery, New Rochelle, NY; Mooney Center Gallery, New Rochelle, NY; The Art Barn, Greenwich, CT; ISOA Gallery, Greenwich, CT; Neustadter Galleries, DelRay Beach, FL; Cunningham Gallery, Hawthorne, NY; BID Gallery 542, New Rochelle, NY; Washington Square Gallery, Rye Brook, NY; Rye Town Park, Rye NY; Lumen Winter Gallery, New Rochelle, NY; James, Bedford, NY; Blue Door Gallery, Yonkers, NY; Horizon, Fleetwood, NY; The Museum of Arts & Culture, New Rochelle, NY; The Music Conservatory of Westchester, White Plains, NY; The Manhattan Boro President's Office, NYC Flat Iron Gallery, Peekskill, NY; Paramount Center for The Arts, Peekskill, NY; White Plains Museum Gallery, White Plains, NY; Katonah Museum Gift Shop, Katonah, NY; Awards: David does not enter art award competitions.
