 | Biography: Ric Sweitzer is a self-taught, visionary artist whose body of work entitled "The Parallax View" spans more than 25 years. From early works utilizing soft and oil pastels with graphite on archival-quality paper to later works using acrylics and/or oils on canvas, the art from the Parallax View always carries an underlying message for the viewer.
Being a former minister and pastor, Ric has traded pulpit for easel and brush, and insists in each new work that there be "something substantial" for the soul in each work. The Parallax View has been featured in many different local publications, including The Gallery and Museum Guide and Bluemilk Magazine. After several successful shows in and around the Atlanta area, Ric is now taking The Parallax View Gallery to the internet.
