 | Biography: Juan Carlos Norero Borguensson was born in Punta Arenas located in Chile. His training is in fine art and he is a graduate of the University of Nohant. Norero is a man of tremendous integrity. He is what he feel and is considered to be one of the great intellectual minds working in the field of abstract art today. To fully understand the art of this singular mind, you must first appreciate the artist himself.
