Hans Holtkamp Biography: Hans Holtkamp, bronze portrait sculptor offers commissioned sculptures, portrait busts, cremation urns, headstone portrait urns and pet/animal statues and urns. Government and corporate commissions are welcome. The artist will travel for a sitting. Online tutorial and classes/workshops available in bronze portrait sculpture and casting. Born: Maastricht, Netherlands 1947 Served as apprentice and assisted to the late Bill Epp, Professor of Sculpture, University of Saskatchewan, Saskatoon with major commissions. Created major over-lifesize figures and portrait busts for government, corporate and private commissions. Lecture and serve on the Board of Examiners, University of Saskatchewan, Saskatoon, SK HOLTKAMP FINE ART BRONZE: HOLTKAMP Fine Art Bronze was established in 1995 to create personalized cremation urns that represent and celebrate a life lived. This led to the ultimate personalization, a memorial portrait urn created in the likeness of a loved one. This still is the main focus of HOLTKAMP Fine Art Bronze. HOLTKAMP Fine Art Bronze also creates commissioned sculptures for government as well as for the corporate and public sectors. Classes are held in modelling both the portrait and the figure, in mold making and in casting and HOLTKAMP Fine Art Bronze also performs demonstrations and holds workshops.
