Description of Art:
At various times in our century there has been a mutual exchange between Art, Science and Philosophy. This is one of those times.
By using an eclectic use of traditional mixed mediums and the latest technology computer generated images, digitally enhanced photographs and retouched images on giclee canvas, Michelle merges all these into a powerful visual statement.
Integral to the images is the artists personal journey used as a vehicle for this body of work. Her work is about the cyclical nature of light and dark energies. To Remember! To Forgive! To Trust! To Accept! Is integral to this holistic journey. It talks about vulnerability as life itself as it seeks to know all its aspects.
