Born in Israel, 1959.
Dalia Rubin began painting while in her adolescence. As a professional jeweler she works mostly with silver and gems. Recently she resumed painting, and once again she made painting her main interest.
It is evident that her long career in jewelry influences her canvases: the shapes, the layered textures, the colors of gems and her affection towards metallic tint - are giving her paintings their unique touch and quality.
