| I inherited this painting from my grandparents who were dutch. I have done a quick search on the net for this artists name and it is indeed dutch. I don't know much about art at all..but I know this seems old. The frame is hard to explain, is solid but not excessively heavy, and the backing of the frame is another painting on what seems like thin ply? This also looks old. I have no idea how I would go about finding out about this painting and how much i should insure it for. What is it worth? |
